• Only connect repositories you have the right to analyze.
• Do not attempt to extract other users’ data or proprietary information.

Privacy & Data

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights necessary to process repository events and commit data to provide the Service.

Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted remain with Nivara Technologies Inc. The scoring models and UI are proprietary. You retain rights to your code and content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Scores are best‑effort estimates and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivara will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid (if any) for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
